My time management tip is to have strict delivery times for my jars. I give clients a choice of delivery windows so there is some flexibility. I choose these windows so it fits in well with our family as well as with the client.
If they want me to do the whole set up, that's a bit different, but Donna asked us to share just one tip… I'll share about set ups in another post.
If clients prefer to pick up their jars, I also offer them a window, however I prefer to deliver rather than people coming to my home.
Delivery times are important as they help me with my time and the client knows when the jars will arrive. This is also a way that my business comes across as much more professional, especially when I show up in my business t-shirt with my sign written car.
